Her appearance in the 6th season was the last time she appeared in 7th Heaven. Her fame was instantly boosted by her outstanding acting performance as teenager Casey Jackson in Ulee's Gold. In fact, this movie earned her the award for Best Supporting Actress of the Year. Summer Catch is a great illustration of her talents. In spite of her outstanding performance, Rules of Attraction was not an instant hit. In the following years, audiences were drawn by her character in The Texas Chainshaw Massacre. She's also appeared in suspenseful films and has proven herself an actress.
